Brewsters-06/23/2000

We returned home to Brewsters Friday night, and we had a blast. Mark couldn't make it down this weekend, but we got lucky, and Dave Stark (from the Barry Richman Band) sat in with us. Lots of our friends on the Northside came out for the show, and we really enjoyed seeing everyone again. It was especially nice to see: Lucy & Rob Matt & Mana Mr. & Mrs. Denver Jethro Tina* the Hellkittens The Staff Marla Noelle and our wonderful waitress I think the pictures I took will prove that we had great time. How could you not have fun with so many beautiful women around. *extra super especially nice to see!

Blue Sky Tavern-06/24/2000

Saturday night at the Blue Sky will be one of those gigs that we remember for a long time. Musically, it was a special night for us, as we took advantage of Greg's ability to take it to the next level.

The real catalyst for the night, though, was Dave Stark. We got to know Dave's playing Friday night, and we took advantage of his talent and enthusiasm on Saturday. I only wish that we could have shared the experience with all of our fans. In other words, if you weren't at the Blue Sky Tavern Saturday night, you screwed up!

Dave is currently the drummer with the Barry Richman Band, and he is another reason that you should check Barry out, not to mention the fact that Wynn Sizemore is playing bass with Barry again.

Since we didn't record last night I can't share any of the wonderful music with you, but I do have some pictures that prove that everyone has fun at a Blues Cat show, especially Blues Cat!
