Benefit for Roger Thomas - Hooters - March 17th |

| We spent St. Patrick's Day at the Hooters in
Jonesboro, and we had a blast. This was the benefit for Roger Thomas'
family, and it was a huge success. In addition to having the best blues
band on the planet (Blues Cat), they had a poker run, an auction, door
prizes, bike show and a lot more. You could even have your picture taken
with a Hooters Girl, and the Hooters Girls in Jonesboro were hot!
The weather could have been a little better (I got sunburned and caught a cold), but other than that the only problem we had was a funeral. It went real smooth for an outdoor gig. Blues Cat would like to thank everyone for coming out for a good cause, and we would especially like to thank the people who dedicated so much of their time to put together such a wonderful event. As you might remember, after the incident at Stone Mountain Harley, I'm not allowed to come within 100 yds of a Hooters Girl with my camera. But, I knew you wouldn't forgive me if I didn't get at least one pic. |
